Experienced Uploaders or those of you with knowledge about videos,
I recently have been having an issue with a couple of my videos not uploading on here altogether. I'll select the video and usually, the 10 slides will show up at the bottom for you to select and after you insert your title and all that and click 'Send' the video will begin uploading. For some reason, some of the videos I'll select, the slides won't show up at all. Nothing appears. I have to refresh the page just to upload a different video. Is there a problem with the format of the video I'm trying to upload? If so, how or where can I go to convert the video into a video format playable and uploadable for this site?

Fellow Uploaders, question.
How do you take a picture for the video you're uploading? I notice some videos have a still image cut from the video as people scroll through. Then by placing your mouse on the video, then the teaser plays for the video. I know how to attach the picture, but how do you get take a picture from the video? Are you just going on the internet and finding an image from that video?
